Shipping Policy

All in stock standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours of you placing an order. All orders are shipped after processing using FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 10 business days however, you may receive your order much earlier. 

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOM ORDERS OR PRE-ORDERS.

If you place an order on the weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.

We currently aren't seeing any delays with our couriers and shipments being received. Please know we will get your order out in a timely manner, but we can't guarantee the performance of any couriers at this time. If you have questions please reach out to us.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

LOST PACKAGES

Grandeur Hair Company is not responsible for lost packages. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the courier and file a claim. 

Grandeur Hair Company does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

Grandeur Hair Company is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local postal service.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Grandeur Hair Company, you are responsible for additional shipping fees, and/or we will accommodate you with a store credit to place a new order with the correct address.
