Refund Policy
Online Returns:
We hope you love your purchase, if not we're happy to process a new order or refund.
Please return to us within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition received. We do not accept returns or exchanges of unbounded hair that has been tampered with. (uncoiled from original pattern, that has been unraveled, or removed from its packaging)
We will accept all returns within 10 days of the initial receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification, that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your return is accepted, your new order will be processed and shipped right away or payment refunded. You will also receive updated tracking information.
BUY NOW PAY LATER REFUNDS: All customers using shop pay or afterpay are responsible for installment fees.
If an order is cancelled pre-processing or a return/refund is requested, all buy now pay later services charge an installment fee. You will be notified of what the fee is as it varies depending on the cost of your order. You'll be given the option to exchange or move forward with a partial refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you, that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your return is accepted, your new order will be processed and shipped right away or a partial refund will be given.
IE: Order $650.00 you will receive a refund of $610.00
All customers are responsible for their return shipping fees.
All customers using BNPL services are responsible for installment fees.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
All returned orders should include an order/invoice number, contact, and tracking information. It is very important to have this information upon inquiry.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your order pre-processing, we will immediately refund all funds back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that all institutions are different. This does not apply for those using BNPL services. Please view BNPL REFUNDS
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This does not apply for those using BNPL services. Please view BNPL REFUNDS
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and caused by us here at Grandeur Hair. If you need to exchange an order for the same item or different items at the same price, contact us by phone or email.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance a we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event you return an order and we do not receive it; it is your responsibility to file a claim with the courier.
