Online Returns:
Not 100% satisfied with your Grandeur Hair? 
Return to us within 7 days and we will credit your account! It's just that simple, we are confident in our products! 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition received. We do not accept returns or exchanges of unbounded hair that has been tampered with. (uncoiled from original pattern, that has been unraveled, or removed from its packaging)
We will accept all returns within 7 days of the initial receipt. 

120 Day Quality Guarantee:
This warranty is activated once your order has been received and covers our bundles/weft hair ONLY. If the hair has a quality issue, such as tangling, matting or excessive shedding, we will replace it. 

This warranty is voided if the wefts have been cut, punctured, or colored. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification, that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your return is accepted, your new order will be processed and shipped right away. You will also receive updated tracking information.

All customers are responsible for their return shipping fees.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

All returned orders should include an order number, contact, and tracking information. It is very important to have this information upon inquiry. 

If you cancel your order pre-processing, we will immediately refund all funds back to your original payment method. Please note every institution has different policies so please allow up to 10 business days based on your institutions refund policy. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and caused by us here at Grandeur Hair. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by phone or email.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event you return an order and we do not receive it; it is your responsibility to file a claim with the courier.
